- was in first cell on the right in L-tier - alone in cell
there ~4-5 days

- during 7/23 attempt - heard from other inmates on gate
that Epstein told his bunkie to strangle him and he
was going to pay him

- then went to G tier - cell first one to the right next to
shower there 9-10 days

- then to H-tier, cell 107, second on right - LN=
Mojica - Latin Kings

- moved from L-tier b/c Lt. [REDACTED] said they need that cell
b/c box is so full so moved to G-tier which is observation
unit. G-tier is single cells. Then they said they could
give CL a bunkie + moved downstairs. Lt. (black, old,
bald, short, fat) and one CO moved him

- counts - happen ~ 9:15-9:30, they supposed to do 30-min
checks overnight and they never do it. Stay up until
130/2 generally and they don’t do any checks.
Don’t see anyone working after 9:30 check - next time
they come around is 6:30 breakfast. Have clock on radio.

- Have to ask them to turn off lights at 9:30 count. if they
don’t turn it off out of luck until am

- can see guards perfectly from L-tier cell on the right

- heard from other inmates at SHU - guards don’t do anything. guards
don’t to count, leave the unit for hours at a time, don’t do anything
to stop K2

- Dionisio bought cellphone from another inmate, when
OD arrived in 7N, Dionisio already had it
- CO found cellphone - someone told CO that OD had
cellphone. when they came into room + found OD w/ cellphone
on him. Gave phone to CO. then took to SHU
- in K-tier, last cell on the right, bunkie was “Easy” 2 wks
- then in L-tier third cell on the right, bunkie was Pedro
Garcia Pena, still in that cell.
- moved before Epstein died - there a couple days before
hand
- knew Reyes from 7S
- after got to the SHU, heard people talking about epstein could see
out the window from cell door, saw cameras outside at
court - d/n hear anything abt JE trying to kill self before
he died
- usually fall asleep btwn 12-3, 4, 5, sometimes listen to
radio, read books, wakeup [sic] when guards come in unit at
night
- before JE died, officers would come 10, 12, 2, 4, 6 breakfast.
after he died, every 15-30 min, even at night
- sometimes before he died weekend counts overnight sometimes
doesn’t happen
- d/n know Reyes had left MCC, think week before or same Friday
saw Reyes at visits and Reyes said they should bunk up together
b/c knew each other from other unit. When Reyes told OD
that he was alone, Reyes said he was in 212. Call Reyes “Stony?
- night Epstein died, only saw lady CO since (chubby, black/
woman) around 9:30-10pm. Didn’t see her overnight.
- from OD’s cell can see 3 cells across + half of security door +
can see guards’ desk, can watch them, at night guards put
music, smoke pipe, on computer. can hear music
- D/n look at guards night Epstein died
- heard commotion overnight, before breakfast, heard inmates
banging on door, d/n hear guards yell anything

signed sheets, they were falsified
- there was a noose in Epstein’s cell - a bed sheet -
