Victim testimony to FBI about being raped by Prince Andrew and other men, tortured by Ghislaine Maxwell

This victim statement to the FBI in 2020 accused Prince and and at least one other man of raping her when she was 6-8 years old in the mid 1990s. She accuses Ghislaine Maxwell of torturing her with electrical shock, and her dad of driving her to these people.
