"It looks like Leon is on the house got an accepted handshake offer and so we're trying to figure out if we should put him in the trust or should be held personally and so his one question we have for you is whether or not you think if the property in California was held in a trust whether Leon would need to indicate yes that he owns a property a home in California because it would be in a [unintelligible] trust, not a nominee trust.
