Dear [YOUR REPRESENTATIVE],
I am a concerned citizen living in your district. I am writing to you today to request information from your office and request action. In wake of the 2025 Epstein Files Transparency Act we have seen blatant violations of the law by the Department of Justice. Our acting Attorney General Pam Bondi just testified to your peers in a congressional hearing. During this hearing, AG Bondi repeatedly deflected from the pressing issue she was summoned for and even lied under oath as your peer Congressman Lieu pointed out. Last year the director of the FBI also testified under oath to your peers in another hearing that touched on Epstein. In that hearing he stated that, according to the files, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell acted alone. Now with the recent public Epstein file releases it has become clear both AG Bondi and FBI Director Patel have lied under oath in front of Congress and the American people. This is coupled with reports of the FBI spending overtime hours redacting the files and the DOJ being caught redacting criminal names, unredacting victim names, and outright deleting files they had released that implicated Donald Trump.
These files were thankfully downloaded before being scrubbed and I am more than happy to provide these files to you if requested. Now AG Bondi and Director Patel are both in positions of power that are meant to be pursuing blind justice for our United States of America. They have clearly abused their offices to participate in a coverup of the most horrendous crimes imaginable. So my question to you today is, what exactly are you and your office doing to ensure the rule of law persists in America? Are you not, at a minimum, calling for charges to be brought against these two? If you and your office are currently not doing anything, I request that you honor the rule of law in this country and begin to act and do your duty in upholding our laws. The American people are not blind. We can all clearly see this coverup happening before our very eyes. We do not care how rich or powerful the people implicated in these disgusting crimes are. They deserve to face justice for those crimes. There should be no amount of money or power that frees them from accountability. These are children who were being repeatedly victimized by these monsters and they, at the very least, deserve closure and to not see the people who abused them remain in positions of power in our government and/or continuing to enjoy their extravagant lifestyles.
History and the good people living in your district will remember your actions or inaction's during this blatant coverup come this year’s midterm elections. I hope for the sake of your humanity you feel the need to take action. Your peers in Congress, Representatives Massie and Khanna, have shown that this transcends partisanship and demands continued action from our elected officials. I would urge you to join them in their pursuit of justice and become vocally outspoken on this issue. The victims deserve justice and this district deserves you to act on its behalf to help achieve it. I will be awaiting your response and will follow up if I do not receive one in a timely manner.
Sincerely,
[YOUR NAME]
