Hello?" // Caller: "- i represent Steven Hofenberg and [unintelligible] we dropped some papers off at Jeffrey Epstein's house on 71st Street earlier this week, judge Sweet[?] had I guess has submitted a petition to take the depositon of Mr. Epstein and Judge Sweet issued an order which was left at Mr. Epstein's house earlier today the papers we submitted to the judge on November 25th so what wasn't sure and I spoke to Brad Edwards in Florida earlier I guess he speaks to Jeffrey periodically and I understand you represent him on certain things also so I want to make sure I don't know if he's presently in New York or there are people taking care of the house that notify him of any papers that arrive at that location-" \\ Man: "Well I certainly haven't heard of anything so -" // Caller: "Right now this comes out of the action of the government against Steven Hofenberg[?] in connection with his restitution he wants to take the deposition of Mr. Epstein we're looking to get the towers investors involved with the proceeding also who are the recipients of the restitution and hopefully the judge will allow us to present the deposition there also and support the request of Mr. Epstein's deposition to be taken in the future. If you have any questions, feel free to call me to make sure Mr. Epstein's aware of the papers and you're aware so hopefully yeah." \\ Man: "So they had a process server drop off papers or they just dropped off papers?" // Caller: "It wasn't an order to drop off the papers it was more a courtesy a copy of the papers so he's aware of the proceedings but the judge right now is not having a hearing on it just issued an order that the papers are being submitted on November 25th so just so he's aware of the proceeding.
