Am I alone or is this normal, it’s becoming a worrying thought that I’m not far away from a capital and place of governmental body and I could actually go and do harm to someone, I’m not implying or stating I will do anything but I just needed to voice this concern out loud

Please consider calling a MH helpline like 988 or seeing someone for mental health support. feelings of violence that overwhelm you is concerning and its telling you -- your mind isn't able to process all of this right now.
