Thomas: admitted no rounds + counts; slept; c/n recall b/c
sleeping. D/n think he was lying b/c admitted not
doing rounds/counts in the past
D/N fill out forms; d/n speak abt plan in advance
He wakes up, goes down tier, gets to JE cell, banged,
went in, sees JE hanging by fabric coming off
bedpost in vertical position - standing - leaned forward
calls out for cutter, Tova body alarm, pulls him down +
tie unfastened. Attempts CPR
not sure if forthcoming on other contraband but
nothing to confront
Noel - D/n do 12, 3, 5 or any counts, 4pm
adadment [sic] she did 10pm, showed video, she
credibly seems to think she did it
prefilled forms saw other emp to in past
on computer, claims d/n get enough training
MCC culture no falsity records - [REDACTED] 2 others
