→ pulled of visity[?] floor, saying he has swallowed,
concealed something. searched by [REDACTED]
- sent to SHU, searched again
- in same tier @ Epstein - L tier
- Next morning searched as well, this time by
[REDACTED] had been searched 3 times already
- was pushed to floor
- were other SHU officers, [REDACTED]
- celly:
1.5 days - [REDACTED] - last cell right
[REDACTED] - bottom tier, first to left (under L tier)
July 14 - put on G tier, flooded tier, sent to suicide watch

- on suicide watch for 2 days. made an issue
in suicide watch. Roughed up by [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] fractured toe
- [REDACTED] = tall, dark skin
- [REDACTED] just standing there
Toe was fractured. Medical didn't want to do anything
- inmate watch was present
- This happened @ 3am on 7/14 or 7/15
- went back to SHU on [illegible] H Tier. [illegible]
bag lunchs, then hot trays
went from suicide watch to G tier, then after a day to H
tier. On H tier no bunkie

→ bunked W/ Lattimer (Spanish, light)

Epstein
→ Epstein + Noel exchanged words. She said
"child molester" called him [illegible]
→ 2-3 days before he died
→ Noel said to black male officer,
someone from night
→ she was @ JM door when she
said it to other officer
→ he may have called her a "bitch"
Night it happened, someone yelled on his tier Epstein
# "on the hangup." That woke up JM and
so he asked Noel to turn off light.
yellng woke him up.
- Noel didn't turn off light
Around breakfast time, they went [illegible], heard officer
yelling "breath" - male officer yelled it
- male officer = black, heavy set, taller than JM
That morning, [REDACTED] handing out trays, [REDACTED]
said "don't worry we have an alibi for you"
She was handing out trays on H Tier.

Counts
- not really awake for 3am count, but hear gate
open
- sometimes doing counts, not doing rounds
before Epstein died
- did count around 10ish but not after that
- never did any 30 min rounds.
- usually when come through, ask for lights off,
but everyone's lights were still on.
- can't see guards from cell
They sent everyone from L tier back to population
CO said take things down b/c visitors be walking
through

the count.
can't recall fan being or/wasn't on
