I was shame ridden

Arlene Sparks - chorus teacher middle school
awful to me - single me out
1 1/2 bedrooms
lived in house PB when dad alive
moved poolhouse after he died
slept in same bed as mom
bros slept in 2 twin bed in rm
didn't really have real dr

just started new school
& couple months in dad died

like village of people around
still strict - mom
dad reined in
balanced
incredibly volatile after he died
I had suicidal ideations
everything still chore, just kept head down
I in theatre dept
theatre teacher
mom never pick up/drop
at school
supposed to perform
I scared ask mom take back school
theatre teacher failed me
switched to music next yr
had get rides from friends/others
wasn't allowed to go other people houses
JE/GM became like surrogate, parents
send driver
made my mom
life easier
