At least half a dozen House Democrats have invited survivors of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to attend President Donald Trump's State of the Union (SOTU) address Tuesday night, according to NBC News, using the high-profile event to pressure the administration over its handling of millions of newly released Epstein-related documents—some of which contain unverified allegations referencing Trump.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has declared its latest release—roughly 3 million pages—its final obligation under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, even as survivors push for the remaining 3 million pages to be made public.
Trump has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein and has never been charged in connection to the disgraced financier's crimes.
