Evidence of Epstein’s flights to Britain ‘destroyed’

Police reportedly began re-examining claims that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked women into Britain on private jets three months ago, but some of the evidence has been destroyed.
Scotland Yard is investigating whether victims were flown into commercial airports and RAF Northolt, in west London.
Emails released in the Epstein files revealed that the Met approached the US Federal Bureau of Investigation for information in November.
A detective said he was reviewing allegations of trafficking and looking for flight logs relating to the disgraced financier’s travel to Britain. RAF Northolt is referred to in the files, The Times reported.
A private jet linked to the paedophile arrived at the airbase from Paris-Le Bourget airport on March 18 2013 and departed for Teterboro airport in New Jersey a day later.
The Telegraph revealed that Gordon Brown, the former prime minister, wrote letters to six police forces demanding they investigate whether Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor used taxpayer-funded jets and RAF bases to meet Epstein.
Mr Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested at Wood Farm, his new home in Norfolk, on suspicion of misconduct in public office in relation to claims he passed confidential information to Epstein while serving as a trade envoy.
