Paul (P): "This is Paul, I'm a friend of Brad's, how you doing?"

AR: "Yes how are you Paul, I was expecting your call."

P: "Good, good. Ok yeah, Brad asked me to give you a call and there's something that he would like me to work out with you."

AR: "Yeah, you want me to - you want me to, are you in Palm Beach right now? here in Palm Beach county?"

P: "Yeah, I'm in Palm Beach county."

AR: "I'm in Miami, so you want, uh what do you want to do, you tell me."

P: "Tell me the details of, I understand that there's some documents that Brad's law firm needs."

AR: "Exactly, can I - let me do this. I'm just about to wrap something with somebody else but I will give you a call in 10 minutes."

P: "10 minutes?"

AR: "Yeah."

P: "Ok thanks, thank you very much."

P: "This is special agent [bleep] todays date is October 29, 2009 the time is 12:49pm. That was a controlled phone call from an FBI UCE to Alfredo Rodriguez."
