Post Formatting Quirks

Post formatting is a bit weird unfortunately, I apologize for that. It's is essentially just plain text with some extra options that are bit weird to get used to, but aren't very complicated.
The formatting options are called BBCode (Bulletin Board Code), and was made in 1998 specifically for forum boards like this. Here is a guide from bbcode.org that explains the options.
